Introduction

PlayStrategy provides training services on LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) to its customers. The following terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply to all customers who purchase training services from PlayStrategy through its website, or any other means. By accessing, browsing, or using PlayStrategy's website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description

PlayStrategy offers LSP training services to its customers. The services provided by PlayStrategy are designed to provide customers with the skills and knowledge to effectively facilitate LSP sessions.

Payment

​

Customers must make payment in full before the start of the LSP training services. PlayStrategy accepts payment via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

Refund Policy

​

If a customer cancels the LSP training services at least 7 days before the start of the training, PlayStrategy will provide a full refund. If a customer cancels less than 7 days before the start of the training, no refund will be provided.

Limitation of Liability

​

PlayStrategy shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from or in connection with the LSP training services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by PlayStrategy.

Intellectual Property Rights

​

PlayStrategy retains all intellectual property rights in all materials provided during the LSP training services. Customers must not use any such materials for any commercial purposes without the express written permission of PlayStrategy.

Changes to the Terms

PlayStrategy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of PlayStrategy's website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PlayStrategy is based. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction in which PlayStrategy is based.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between PlayStrategy and its customers with respect to the LSP training services provided by PlayStrategy and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements.
